3. Digital and Analog Hybrid. Building on K-DISC's digital platform while adding offline church bulletin and homily-driven engagement.

The project aims to register 20–30% of parishioners as volunteers/users within the first year, fostering intergenerational solidarity and reducing isolation. Estimated startup cost: INR 5–7 lakhs (scalable with diocesan grants). Implementation timeline: 6 months pilot, followed by full rollout. Impact Goal . Promote empathy and mutual reliance over monetary transactions.

This model has proven effective in community settings, with early pilots identifying 7,000 potential beneficiaries.

 1.2 Rationale for Parish Adaptation

Catholic parishes in Kerala (e.g., under dioceses like Ernakulam-Angamaly or Kottayam) serve as microcosms of society, with strong volunteer traditions via catechism classes, parish councils, and Caritas India networks. However, challenges persist:

Demographic Pressures   : 25–30% of parishioners are over 60 (Diocesan Census data, 2023), facing isolation, health issues, and family migration.

Post-Pandemic Needs: Increased mental health concerns among elderly, per Kerala Catholic Bishops' Conference reports.

3.2 Target Beneficiaries and Volunteers
